To qualify for an exchange:
- Exchanges must be made in person at the MCA School Store within 14 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds.
- Sale, clearance, personalized/custom items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us or visit the MCA School Store within 3 days of purchase so we can make it right.
