Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following guidelines:

Exchanges Only

• We do not offer refunds or returns.
• Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Store Credit

• If the value of your exchanged item is greater than the new item selected, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
• Store credit may be used toward future purchases in-store or online and does not expire.

• If the new item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
